When an employer asks what our payroll service includes, the honest answer is: everything about payroll except deciding what your people earn. That part stays yours. Here is what moves to us.
The payroll run itself. Hours in, checks and direct deposits out on the 5th and 20th, on time, every time. Overtime calculated correctly, deductions applied correctly, pay stubs your workers can actually read.
Tax deposits and filings. Federal and state withholding, deposited on schedule, with the quarterly and year-end filings handled — including W-2s in January, when you have better things to do.
Workers' compensation administration. Coverage tracked, premiums calculated on real payroll instead of estimates, and the audit paperwork handled when it comes.
Unemployment claims. When a claim arrives, we respond to it — with the records already organized, because we kept them.
New-hire paperwork. Onboarding forms, I-9 verification at our office, and records retention that satisfies an auditor.
What stays yours: who works for you, what they earn, how they do the job, and who stays on the crew. This is the arrangement — we carry the paperwork; you run the business.
If you want a number for your own crew, call the Anchorage office at (907) 563-7587 or the Fairbanks office at (907) 452-7587, or send the Request Staff form and note you want a payroll quote.
